Massage Therapy FAQs

What should I wear?
Wear whatever feels comfortable to your appointment. Most people undress to their comfort level before the session, but you’ll always be covered with a sheet or blanket during your massage.
No. You only undress as much as you feel comfortable. Your therapist will work around clothing if needed, and you’ll always remain properly draped.
Massage therapy sessions are available in 60-minute or 90-minute appointments, depending on your preference and goals.
Massage should never be painful. Some techniques may cause mild discomfort, especially if you have tight or sore muscles, but our therapists will adjust pressure to your comfort level
Drink plenty of water, take it easy if you’re feeling relaxed, and enjoy the benefits. Light stretching or rest can help your body absorb the full effects of the massage. Mild soreness is normal after deeper work and usually fades within a day.
